As a result of these slips and trips The sounds are incredible and the design is The noise level at idle is significantly higher than the stock volume. Your neighbors won't hate you for it. A friend of mine's bike has V&W wheels I have Short Shots installed and they are extremely loud. So these so-called slippers need to be replaced They are an ideal compromise in regards to the sound they produce and the ease of installation. However, getting the stock mufflers off was difficult. Changing the front cylinder took me a little less than 20 minutes I had to wrestle for 30 minutes to get it off, but once it was off, I was able to install the Straight Shot slip-on. A couple of minutes were needed to turn it on. It took about 90 minutes to install the software.
It is a great value for the sound these mufflers produce. It's a bit decelerating, but I'm not really bothered by Installs in a few minutes. Roaring like a teenage lion, the sporty makes the crowd go wild.
On my new sportster, I just put these on. There is no doubt in my mind now that it is a Harley! In the next lane, I no longer worry about the car in front of me understanding what I'm doing. There's nothing better than a straight pipe that looks good and sounds great. Easy to install, exactly what I needed.
It is impossible to compare a Harley-Davidson to anything else In the photo, Davidson takes a puff on a Vance and Hines pipe. During their time with my Harley, they changed its soul. As for the look and sound, as well as the performance gain I got from these pipes, I'm extremely satisfied. It truly does sound like straight pipes, but without being obnoxious (they are loud without being irritating). I highly recommend it for Harleys. I'm not sure if it's suitable for any other brand.
Despite all the delays, they arrived safely and neatly packaged (four days earlier than expected). After being away from a bike for 30 years or so, I bought a 2016 Sportster XL1200C last year.
