Is this a standard piston size?

For a yz 250 from 1999 to 2013, this is the standard piston size.

Is the wrist pin included in this purchase?

It will be delivered in the condition shown. Yes. In the photo, you can see wrist pins and clips. However. It didn't say anything about the bearing, and it didn't come with it. I reused my previous one because it was in good condition. For a STOCK bore, the rings had the proper end gap.

Is this going to fit a 03 yz250 with a standard bore?

I have a 2000, and there isn't much of a difference between it and the 2003. It was an exact match for mine.

Is it necessary to bore out the cylinder to accommodate this piston?

It is dependent on the cylinder you are using. Each cylinder is labeled with a letter. The letters A, B, C, or D should be found near the reeds. Because mine didn't, I looked up the piston numbers on the internet.

The motor on the bike started up immediately. So far, there have been no issues, but bikes are notorious for running well until they blow up. br>UPDATE: It's still ripping after 5 hours of hard riding! Remember to keep a supply of these on hand at home. For trail riding, they only last about 80 hours. However, there is a lot of compression.
