Questions & Answers
I'm wondering the same thing.
Although the piston in this kit is compatible with your sprayer, the atomizer/swirl valve is not. Your sprayer does not come with a kit, but the piston is part number 0199903, and the atomizer/swirl valve is part number 0525118. Although the "kits" are no longer available, we do have individual parts. All three parts are in stock: the piston 0280125, the piston spring 0016101, and the atomizer valve 0280035E. Give us a call at (800) 222-4444 to learn more about our services. 328- To place an order, please call (800) 8251.

I'm not opposed to purchasing Wagner pistons. These little buggers were phased out due to their short lifespan, not because they weren't functional. Tuscany Hills Wrought Iron Fence's name is Tuscany Hills Wrought Iron Fence's name is Tuscany Hills As a result, my requirements for a sprayer are diametrically opposed to those of most painters. They want a wide spread, while I need a very narrow pattern for 1/2-inch fence pickets. Nothing beats the sound of these old Wagners vibrating loudly. Examine your Wagner piston, which is likely to be worn out. The efficacy of this sprayer depends 100% on the roundness of those groves. Unbelievably, a worn-out piston will have perfectly squared-off groves, as if it were machined that way. Strange as it may seem, this is correct.
The piston and atomizer are too large in diameter to fit in a model 220, so I bought it for it. The atomizer is orange, as opposed to the green atomizer. This kit does, however, fit a Power Painter 355 that isn't mentioned in the description. As a result, I'm likely to keep it because I have a Model 355 in need of repair.
A Wagner sprayer was sold to me by a neighbor who was moving out of town. He made no attempt to inform me that the piston was broken. I spent several hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Everything works now after I ordered this replacement. I'm not giving it five stars because the entire sprayer's design is clumsy, and the documentation is sparse.
It works, but it's overpriced for such a simple part. br>Instead, get this kit: .
This part fixed my sprayer's problem, was simple to install, and came with a couple of extra spray nozzles.
The product was fine, and I did receive it, but the delivery note stated that it was delivered to a resident, and no one was home at the time. My wife and I were out, and I got a text saying it had been handed to someone at my house, which was a little disturbing.
This is adequate for the task at hand, but it is not what I had in mind. This is more of a splatter tip, and I'm looking for a fan tip, which I can't seem to find anywhere, including from the manufacturer.
My Wagner spray gun stopped spraying all of a sudden. This kit improved the tool's performance to the point where it was as good as new. Although you can't see it, the piston wears down to the point where it no longer forms a good seal with the cylinder, causing the suction to break and your gun to stop spraying. After consulting with the manufacturer, I discovered that I could get this kit for a much lower price than if I had purchased it directly from them. Because the parts are packaged by the manufacturer, I can be confident that they will fit and function properly. I'll buy from you again without a doubt! The fact that Prime shipping is included is the cherry on top!.
