After falling asleep on the last one, my tooth broke, so I bought two of these. One star is deducted because the one on both sides was cut, but the one on the second side was different. I opened the package and it had two different patterns on one side, the side I normally remove clutches from. When I opened the package, one side was the right one but the other was incorrect.
It was difficult to remove the clutch nut on a 110cc Loncin engine with a hammer and No matter what I tried, it wouldn't move. To avoid damaging the nut, I decided that the right tool would be a better choice. I used a 1/2" impact gun with about 70 psi and a small extension. It took two seconds for the nut to break free. Please ensure the screw is firmly seated before the nut or the took is tightened. Otherwise, it could walk out of position and hurt the nut or the took. There is a 1/2" drive square in the center of the tool, but I'm not sure if the pictures show that.
There's a socket extension required to use the tool because the design is a little iffy. Also, it is a 1/2′′ drive and I would have preferred a 3/8′′ drive. My first thought when I bought it was not much of a concern. There is a dedicated tool that does not carry a two-sided trade, and it is of the highest quality. There's no doubt this tool is more powerful in that version. There are few teeth on the nut and they do not lock in place.
The build is good. Exactly what I needed for my Tao Tao 250 TH clutch. It's not a bad tool at all.
Compared to the genuine Honda tool, it is much less expensive. The software performed as well as I would have expected after only using it once. There is no guarantee how it will perform over the course of repeated use, but it doesn't matter. I saved money on a part that I will probably never need again, and it helped me perform the task I had.
I was looking for a similar solution for my Apollo 125, and this did the trick.
It was a waste of money for me, since I needed it for my.
It works as it should.
