On your CT200U, you need to check whether it has a 5/8 shaft or a 3/4 shaft. A 5/8 inch shaft is standard on all newer ones. They used to have an engine horsepower of 3/4 on older models.
Pull start 4 is the only way to use it A bicycle kit engine will not work if it is not a 4-stroke engine. However, it may still work if you know how to do this, but not on an 80cc motor unless it's a 4-stroke motor. To start pulling a stroke, pull it back
If the motor is running and the vehicle is stopped, the bushing that moves when the motor is running must be lubricated OFTEN because otherwise, the clutch will not work well nor will last very Just a few drops of a good oil should do the trick. In my oil, I mix STP.
With a 3/16 key built in, this centrifugal clutch has 10 teeth and a 5/8" bore with a #40/41/420 chain.

Today, I put it on a new predator 212 motor ($94 at HF) for an old go cart and ran it for the first time. The cart is not very heavy, maybe 100 pounds, but it does have good torque to launch and seems to work well even with my 200-pound frame and a child on board. Although there aren't set screws on this model, it sat too far back on the shaft to properly align with the sprocket and I had to buy a 3/4" shaft collar spacer with set screws. On a new motor, the key is permanently affixed to the clutch, so you will need to dispose of the replacement key that comes with it. In other words, centrifugal means that it can spin in both directions. As for longevity, I hope it lasts a while, but at the price, I can buy another if it begins to wear out.
I replaced it with a clutch from tractor supply for $70 and haven't had a problem with it since.
The first time it was installed, it did not work. After being put aside, the bike was forgotten about as a result of disgust. My bike had to be moved a year later, so I thought I would give it a go again. Quite to my surprise, the clutch worked fine. I am not sure how that happened. A year had gone by without any maintenance on the machine.
This is not the case for Motors with 5 horsepower! There will be no stopping it if it's powered by a predator engine!.
would encourage anyone receiving this item to closely examine it upon arrival to ensure both it is what it claims to be. I used it too late to return it, but I cannot reimburse you for me when it isn't what it is supposed to be.
I grew tired of this thing after a few minutes riding. My $20 felt like a good deal, but it ended up being a waste. The money I would have put towards the good one I eventually bought would have been worth it.
With the 212 cc predator engine I have it, it has taken a lot of abuse but still keeps going.
As it continues to make an awful sound it gets really hot, and it still doesn't move it forward. My daughters are disappointed with the experience now that I wasted so much money.
