Product Description

This is a 212cc Predator centrifugal clutch with a 3/4" bore and 10 teeth for 40,41,420 chains

3 4 inch 10 toothed Go Cart Clutch is heavy-duty and will hold up to your most arduous riding. Clutch is built into the Keyway 3/16" Predator belt drive

This kit includes both a bolt and a washer. On the crankshaft, it is held in place with a bolt and washer.

The Go Kart Minibike Baja Mini Bike MB165 and MB200, as well as Mini Baja and the Baja Warrior, are all compatible with this product

The product is compatible with the 2-6 series. GC160, GC190, GX120, GX140, GX160, GX200 Briggs and Stratton and 2-6 each offer 5hp Honda and Honda cloned engines. The motor has a 3/4′′ shaft and is powered by a Tecumseh engine.

Could you please provide a smaller size ?

For chains with a #40/41/420 spline, this go kart clutch 3/4 bore has 10 teeth.

What is the remedy for the one I bought that makes an unpleasant sound and engages the clutch by itself?

The shaft should be oiled by adding a few drops of engine oil.

The wheel sprocket of my go kart has 70 teeth. Will this clutch fit in that sprocket?

It is recommended to have a ratio of about one between the sprocket on the engine and the sprocket on the rear axle. Consequently, there are six teeth per tooth on the rear sprocket for every tooth on the clutch. Based on this, you should have 60 teeth on the rear sprocket if you count up 10 teeth on the clutch. It means there will be 72 teeth on the rear sprocket (with 12 teeth on the clutch).

Can this be used on the Lifan 168f 2E?

Lifan 168f is compatible with this product. Although I am not sure about LIFN 168F 2E.

A ha) In this case, the Manco Fox II frame provided the perfect mount, and the connection process was a breeze. It's important to have the end bolt for safety reasons, and that, along with the key and the set screw, makes this clutch unbreakable. I'm doing well- As long as the #35 chain is tensioned no problem, it should be able to handle anything in the 10-foot height range This motor has 15 horsepower. In all likelihood, this clutch will function fine as long as the motor doesn't get close to this power level.

The clutch was not working

In a nutshell, My recommendation is not to install a clutch on a stock 212 engine as I had started the engine and taken that video after the clutch completely melted and started shooting sparks after hitting the gas 30 seconds after installing it.
