This product appeared to be "Near OEM Quality. " I was replacing my variator for the second time, and I had previously completed this task without the use of a Spanner Wrench or a Torque Wrench. I installed this one and it appeared to be in good working order. I marked the inside of the fan and pulley where the belt rubs to see how high the belt would ride and if it needed to be slightly tuned to be at peak performance, so I left the CVT case/cover off/open for a quick test run around the block. I received approximately 5-stars. I hear a loud SNAP about 7 houses away from my house! Then my tire skid and a bunch of parts shot out of the CVT at a high rate of speed, even my belt got in on the action and rolled down the street in front of my Genuine Hooligan 170i (Fuel Injected Sleeper of a Scooter). I was able to track down nearly all of the parts, with the exception of a single missing roller and my driveshaft nut. br>Until about 30 seconds into my first ride, this kit appeared to be of good quality, with nice 14 gram rollers. I had to stagger my last set of rollers because I had old ones of various weights, and I used a 1: 1:10g:1:1:1:1:1:1:1: Staggered 10-inch 14-gram rollers 14 increased my take-off time significantly, but my top speed dropped from 60 mph (with 14g rollers) to 55 mph. After this kit failed, most likely due to improper installation, I replaced it with a different brand sold by: My scooter took off noticeably slower with 13g rollers, but the top speed was increased by about 3mph (58mph Top) even though I used a proper spanner wrench Sold by: EUICAE (Actually really good thick quality w/ decent welds, not filmsy like a lot of other spanner wrenches listed that have had many customers complain about the other ones being filmsy and cheaply made, I'm very pleased with this spanner wrench a very nice addiction to any scooter owners toolkit) and also used a torque wrench but after taking a few spins around the block, I was only a few miles into the road test doing about 55mph after realizing the REPLACE, a 16th" of my crankshaft's spline was exposed, leaving that much play in the variator fan, allowing it to strip the variator fan's spline within a few miles at high speed. Make certain you have a Spanner Torque Crush Washer on hand. (I'm just giving you a heads up).
Thank you for your help, it worked out perfectly!.
On the yerfdog 150 spiderbox, it worked perfectly. This worked well for me because my car isn't overly modified.
It didn't last very long, so I had to go out and buy another. Hub was stripped of his clothes. The old one wouldn't work because of the thickness of the aluminum face plate, so no steel washer was included with the hub for support. br>After one ride, the variator clutch burned up. br>Spend more money to get a better product. worth it. br>It's not something I'd suggest.
This device functions admirably well. A smooth shift is provided by the roller. br>Installed on my 150cc GY6 157QMJ SSR Rody. br>Manufacturing quality is excellent for the price.
In a short period of time, a very good product was created. Le una es una es una es una es una es una.
On my 150cc Wildfire scooter, it fits perfectly.
