What are the wires' length and gauge?

The length is approximately 12" and it is a nice 12-inch length. Insulation is PTFE or a similar material and is 14 gauge wire. I'd go with a gauge of 14 or 14ish. However, it is of good quality.

Just in case; Isn't this the plug that connects to the factory wiring and connects to the fuel tank hanger (on the outside of the tank)?

This harness is located inside the tank and connects directly to the fuel pump in my application. It depends on your application.

Conductors with a small gauge

The hard shell connector was the right size for my pump, and the wires would've been long enough for my new tank, which was deeper than expected. Regrettably, the wires are only 18 gauge conductors. I found an ampacity rating of 14A after a quick search, and that's at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius. This isn't exactly what I'm looking for in my gas tank. Especially since the rest of my pump's wiring is rated at 20 amps. For the average shopper, I suppose it would suffice. However, I do not believe it is suitable for any type of performance. I only gave it two stars because the wire size should be mentioned in the description.

It was a perfect fit for the Lexus SC300

One of the pins on the old original connector had corroded or been burned due to shorting. How do these new cars get away with having their fuel pumps submerged in the gas tank? It perplexes me that we don't hear many explosions or gas fires for some reason. right? In any case. It's the way the newer cars are built. I used to own a BMW motorcycle that did the same thing. It is claimed by factories that this keeps the pump cooler. I have a 1985 V8 Thunderbird with an electric fuel pump and fuel injection that is external to the tank and has worked flawlessly for the past 30 years. 40 years. Anyway. I cut out my old connector and soldiered it into the new one, which I then covered with shrink boot. I had to reinstall the software. It's also very effective.
