i'm not sure what you mean when you say 'rual', but the kit comes with the stator, recitifier, and connectors you see in the picture. In order to install my dual sport lighting kit for my 2004 450 EXC, I converted it to fully DC. The purchase was a great success for me.
As for my bike, it is the same as yours in every way except the bore size. I was able to install it easily, and it was
There is another option, which I believe is more appropriate. If you go to the manufacturer's website, you can easily find the right kit for your bike. I used this kit on a 07 450exc with a RFS series engine. The price is the same As a result, the difference in charging is astounding. These efforts and a LiFe battery will help you solve your battery problems and lighten your bike. We wish you the best of

Trail Tech's 100W stator kit, SR-100, is the subject of this review The KTM 525 EXC is based on part number 8310. It's a good upgrade that increases power output to make it easier to keep the battery charged It is ideal for starting bikes at low RPMs. It also converts the system to DC, which is perfect for LED aux lighting, GPS, or phone charging. Under the base of the tank, the rectifier is to be mounted using the included wiring. This isn't ideal due to the tight fit and the engine's heat, so I added some longer wires and mounted the rectifier to the aluminum frame underneath In this way, it will heat up The rear portion of the finned side sinks into the frame, which allows for good air circulation.
When I bought this product, I was hoping that it would fix a "no start" condition when cold. When I started my bike ('03 KTM 525 EXC) it wouldn't start with the kick start cold and without the E-start If you turned the car on when it was hot, but cold, it would just crank until the battery became inadequate. The solution to the problem did come from this kit. With a push of the button, the bike starts right up. This installation took only a few minutes to complete. There were only a few problems There was a bit of confusion in the instructions, so I had to read it more than once to make sense of the wiring modifications. Once the wiring was done, there was a lot more wire than stock to fit in the The challenge can be overcome, In terms of appearance alone, the stator looks much better and beefier It would be nice if the regulator was mounted in the back corner of the air box as it is in the Trick Duel Sport kit (that looks like the same basic regulator). That would clean up the mounting of the wiring underneath The kit would be great to own again, and I was happy with it.
However, you will only be able to use DC from here on.
We notice a larger improvement in power stability and efficiency with the TrailTech stator and regulator. For keeping track of things, I use a Datel meter to monitor my charging system. By using an all-LED lighting system, I can run heated grips without an issue and the system takes up very little power.
I didn't have to use the switched output from the regulator - because the load is very low. In my case, I used my own connector since the KTM 450EXC has been fully DC converted since 2006.
I found this product to fit my Exc 450 06 perfectly.
I love it.
The product is of good quality.
I love how it works! A simple installation process.
