The fuse is blown

It was purchased as a replacement for a suspected failed one on my ATV, there is no definite test we can use to verify a CDI is bad, we simply eliminate the bad ones. After replacing the spark plug, wire, coil, and CDI, the next step was to check the fuel systems. I got this one and it blows the fuse after turning the key. As for the original suspect, it did not do that since it did not.
