Wolo (315-2T) Loud One Horn - 12 Volt, High Tone

There is a big gap at the mouth of the horn. Although I thought it might be a good idea, I didn't bother to return it because of the low price. Rather than using the original design, I made some modifications to it in order for it to fit properly in the horn housing of my bike. I had to trim down a small part of the horn mouth in order to get it to fit properly. It's a waste of time and money. It was my goal to get a louder horn for my Jeep, and I thought this would be ideal. i replaced the horn today, and it still sounds the same high pitched "beep beep" as the stock horn did.

It's perfectly okay if you want something loud and obnoxious, but don't go with this if you want something quiet and subtle There is a distinct difference between my old horn and this one in that it sounds a little less squeaky with a little more bass. In a local parts store, this identical part number has a price of only half of what we are charged here. It was a simple process! I used the original 2 wire harness from my old horn, and I used butt connectors to connect this! The next time, I might try something slightly larger and louder, but you know what I mean. Thus far, it has proven to be reliable.

I bought it to replace a annoying beeper on my motorcycle, and for a few days, it worked perfectly. After one ride, it stopped working. As soon as I activated the horn, I actually jumped because it was quite A ride made the horn stop working after just one ride. The reed was kind of close to the engine block, so I can only assume that it simply overheated.

I really like the sound of that horn. (It is plastic) since mine arrived with a broken corner. Amazon refunded me the money and left it with me. As I said, I went ahead and reworked it using my Dremel to fix the broken area and give it a better shape, and I'm really pleased with the results. It was necessary for me to find a horn for my motorcycle that would be nice in appearance, have a reasonable sound level, and cost me very little. This one satisfied these needs. The motorcycle connector had to be modified for it to connect, but once it did, it worked fine. Those of you who are handy may find this product useful.

The RZR XP 1000 comes with one of these front bumpers - purchased in August It is likely that the RZR was broken down and the horn went on three rides - due to unforeseeable circumstances. He was loud and good for a few months, then died. Even if it is longer than a month, it will still be longer than June to August. I have looked into returning, getting a replacement, or getting a refund but since it is longer than 30 days there is no way to return it.
