The issue can be resolved, but added wiring and mounting brackets will be required. This horn can not be mounted near a hot zone, as stated in the installation instructions. Once I had allowed the motorcycle engine to reach normal operating temperatures, which is pretty hot, I noticed that the loudness of this set of horns was no longer evident and replaced with an inconsistent, low location of the existing horn mount is very near the radiator (and the fan), which produces quite a lot of heat. To avoid a hot zone on the motorcycle, I will find a spot that is not a hot zone. I studied the design of these horns, and discovered that the diaphragm material changes its consistency when it gets hot. I will post the updated review as soon as I figure out where the new mount is. In order to upgrade the horn on my newly acquired 2019 Kawasaki Z400 ABS, I was looking for an upgrade. Motorcycle companies continue to refuse to include loud horns on their machines. Anyhow, the horn set has the following features Two 410Hz/510Hz horns are included in this set up. In order to mount your system, you first need to make a decent mounting bracket (which isn't supplied, but it would be nice if it was). There is an extra set of attachment wires included and you are going to need them. It's also important to remember that the horn outlet must point downward to to keep water coming in, and this goes for all horns. In any case, I did a little scrounging around in my garage and found the hardware for a simple As well as that, I had to join/attach the horns to each other back-to-back. We taped the back with double sided foam tape to finish off the smallest pack of these horns for installation and to ensure that they are not rattling against each other. As soon as I installed these, it was time for the best testing method I could find. Having tested these on my wife, she was extremely annoyed with it, so it does exactly what is intended! The best way to test horns is to have your wife do it. Trust me, if it is loud, she won't lie! In this case, it is really her facial expressions which are telling. In any case, here are the pictures that I added. You will also enjoy a bit of humor, I'm sure! Keep your eyes and ears open! Take care and have a wonderful.
In my opinion, the overall rating of this product is based on a few factors and the fact that the instructions that come with the horns are worthless and give no indication of what it will do in every In my opinion, it is difficult to believe that this is applicable to anyone. As a result, unless you already have a 2-horn set up, with 2 wires for each horn, it is not necessarily easy to do. In spite of this, I was not deterred I am a highly mechanically inclined individual. Install by following these steps To find out how to install a double horn set up, I had to do my own research since I had a single horn on my 1995 chevy pickup truck. I used my multi-tasking device after using Through the use of a horn meter and research on You Tube, I was able to determine that the horn was definitely faulty, as I suspected it to be. The two "Y" connectors were hooked up to one male connector, and both "3" connectors were hooked up to another It doesn't really matter which end goes into the ground, or the positive. I used the supplied mounting brackets to attach the horn to my single bolt ground setup, overlaid the opposite ends of the brackets, and then used my mounting screws to attach the assembly. Simply holding the two horns together so that they touch each other and point downward as much It worked fine after I turned on the power, after connecting it to the chassis with my existing bolt, where the original horn was installed. I also made sure I covered all exposed connections with electrical tape to keep water from getting inside. Good points are that it is a great value and that the horns are rather loud, as I expected. In this case, the video did not deceive with regard to the audio The sound of the Chevy truck is just a little wimpy. I hear more like the car horn of a Chevrolet. The horn doesn't sound as weak as the ones on Japanese cars, however. (I do love my Japanese vehicles, but I do not care for I love it).
It was installed in my 2011 Ford Fiesta just a few minutes ago. It is very simple to install with a minimum of The

It took me less than an hour to complete the work with a wire stripper, a few wire nuts, and a short piece of extra cable (a speaker wire works perfectly). Louder than the single factory horn, these horns are definitely louder than stock. They sound better than the factory horn in my brand-new Ram 2500, and are much louder. As a result of it being so weak sounding, I replaced the factory horn. My lane was merged into by someone just last week. My previous experience was that I swerved out of the way and blew the horn hard while I did so, but the car didn't even notice. These new ones, however, I'm sure will catch other drivers' attention much more effectively.
