I'm not sure if it fits my '96, but I did have to replace the flat part that sits behind the clutch, which is the same as this cover. They changed parts a few years ago to make them more universal, so your old cover might not fit perfectly. I'll do my best to provide you with the information I have. Thank you for your interest.
The first magnum 325 was in the year 2000, which may seem complicated. If you have a machine that was built before January. The cover of the year 2000 would fit the inner cover of the original book. After that, the inner cover was changed, causing it to no longer fit. If you have a question about the build date, contact your local Polaris dealer and provide the serial number (17 digits) to obtain the correct build date before ordering a part you won't use.
Yes, it was an exact match for mine.
I believe I used it on a 500 Polaris, but I'm not sure.

It did not fit my 1999 Polaris Sportsman 500 as it was supposed to, and I had to pay $8 in shipping back. 22 when it is not my fault, and the Polaris part referenced is the correct one for my machine, but it simply does not fit.
Problem-solving and cover fit.
For a 98-year-old athlete, this is ineffective. The intake hose on the 98 is smaller, so it will bolt up and fit. I ordered the wrong cover for the product, but it's still a good product.
I would purchase this item again.
A key area for securing the cover is missing. The tabs that are missing are marked with a red arrow. If you do decide to purchase this, be aware that if submerged, it may leak.
It was exactly what I needed to get my Polaris back on the road.
