It is the exact oil for the Honda hydrostatic drive. While I wasn't planning to flush the fluid, I was replacing other broken parts that required removing the transmission, so I thought I might as well flush it while it was It was shipped fastest and at the best price. * B. If washing, be sure to remove all of the old fluids by cycling the pump side and engaging the drive. I used a cordless drill on the pump side, disconnected the spring so I could engage the drive more easily. There will be a rubber seal around the opening from which the fluids will exit. Getting rid of the drain plug is not necessary. The riding mower I have is a Honda 3013. It works very well. I save gas and time by shopping for Honda brand since I do not have to go to the dealer. The price is a few dollars more than at the dealer but I can save time and gas by shopping for Honda brand.
Fluid is difficult to review But it was what Honda's specs were, so I purchased it for my old HRB After 18 years, there is still a 215 in operation.
It is the same as OEM fluid, but.
The snowthrower ordered exactly what he needed. Ensure that the fluid is changed and topped up regularly. A hard find in the local area.
When it comes to Hydrostatic Hondas, there is no need to use anything but brand name stuff if you want it to work right.
