It has been awhile since I found myself so dissatisfied with an order, but kept it anyway, mainly because I had no other choice. quality of the metal overall on this product is acceptable, and I would say average. It is a shame that this product has been treated so poorly. There needs to be a firing for whoever is painting these things. Several sections of my house still needed painting. As much as I wanted to keep the basket, I decided not to mount it as I needed it in a hurry, and prior to mounting it, I most definitely had to re-angle the troughs It needs to be painted from top to bottom. mean, it used to be awful. A second problem is the mounting hardware. There are way too many bolts, and the recommended mounting is such a waste. Other manufacturers have simplified the process so much. Buying this product again would not be a wise decision.

For my Grizzly, I bought this to attach to the rear. The rack I needed was not that large, just big enough to hold a chain saw and a My solution was to cut clear plastic hose in chunks and secure it over the tubular metal of the existing rack and zip tie my basket to the hose. I did not use the metal mounting plates and bolts that came with the rack. I bought this rack specifically for this purpose. The hose keeps the two metal surfaces from making noise, clanging, etc. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The time should have come years ago to purchase one of these. Transporting tools and other items on a farm is easy with this wagon. I found it to be a straightforward process to install. Guide Gear Basket fits well. As others have stated, I found small pieces of paint or metal dust inside the box after I opened it. Also, I sprayed it with Rustoleum, but after one rain, my chicken cage had numerous rust spots, and those on my four chickens were substantial as well. The cage is wheeled around by the wheeler. There is a suggestion that a bed-frame might be useful There might be a benefit in using the liners spray, but scratches will expose the original metal and possibly lead to rust. Unlike other reviewers, I found that only two of the supplied bolts were long enough to hold the lining in place. To overcome this limitation, I went to the hardware store to obtain a few longer stainless steel bolts and (anti-slip) nuts. Additionally, some of the washers had the oval still intact, but were I was able to install the cage on my 2006 Polaris Sportsman 450 without any trouble. As an inexpensive product that is able to accomplish the same job as their more expensive competitors, I would recommend this product.
