On my 2016 Polaris 900 Ranger with power steering, it worked perfectly. With the exception of the shaft being rusted together with the steering shaft, it was a relatively quick replacement. Before installing the rack and pinion, make sure it's centered. After the tires have been installed, check the toe for accuracy and straightness in the front and back.
It was a perfect fit for my Polaris Northstar 2017.
This item is used to repair something. This is precisely what was required.
One of the two boxes was damaged, with parts missing. I wasn't able to put it to any good use.
So far, everything has gone well; I don't drive recklessly, so I'm not concerned.
