The seals for our bike were not compatible with our bike as stated for the second time in a row. While the oil seal turned out to be too wide to fit properly AND enough tall to fit, at least it looked like the stock part. Despite being packaged well and received quickly, it does not matter if they do not fit or when your transport stops being useful. The part I ended up buying ended up costing almost 4x the original seals, but I installed them in 15 minutes after being delayed all day Monday and half of Tuesday due to the wrong part.
I was unable to use these seals with my motorcycle forks (internal diameter of seals was slightly too small). It was listed on Amazon at first that the part number would fit my motorcycle, but after receiving the seals and finding them to be too small, the listing was corrected on Amazon. The ALL BALLS RACING team will handle any issue you have.
The products from All Balls, bearings and seals, have been used quite a few times by me. The seals on one of my forks have leaking, but I chalk that up to the possibility that I did something wrong when Though I don't remember doing it, I have a chance of doing so. I will say, though, that out of all of the times I have used their products, to have only one failure that I cannot pinpoint the origin of the problem (a product defect or a poor installation) There's really only one other seal and bearing I'd consider, and it's a OEM.
It's a bad idea to buy it. There is a 15 bux cheaper alternative that works on eBay and these ones are actually functional. In order to rebuild forks, you need to dig around in your drawers and dig around. There should be no need for us to repeat it THREE times.
I had seals replaced a couple of months ago and then the left side came out again, which caused brake fluid to pour out onto the brake pads, and I almost hit a.
My street bike sprung a leak as soon as I installed them. There was no issue with the fork tubes, which were unscratched and without blemishes. This may have been a user error since this was the 10th seal change I have made on my other bikes without any issues. There may have been an issue with this set when they arrived, but I will have to replace them again to keep brake pads free of fork oil.
All balls seals have been used probably 6 times by me throughout the years. Not sure that they are as good as the OEMs, but they are much cheaper. I expect to get another 20,000 miles.
The fork seals I used were the most durable and the most reasonably priced that I have ever used. I never dripped one drop!.
