The word Right and Left seems to suggest there should be a difference between them, but is there one? Due to the broken right axle on both my four-wheelers, I am requiring two more four-wheelers. ?

The differences between them were not apparent to me. Besides the right side, I also replaced the left side.

It would be better to replace the worn cv boots than to just replace them. It is well worth the effort.
