NICHE Gold 525 X-Ring Chain 94 Links With Connecting Master Link

Today I installed it on the SV650 of my Suzuki. I was pleased with the package and with the grease that was included in the factory shipment. There is also a clip style master link and a small bottle of lubricant. I believe it is gear oil, which should work It went as expected and the master link fit well. Feel free to use your favorite chain lube if you'd like. All the links looked good before installation, and I check for play and slop as well. After 50 miles of riding tonight, the chain seems to be functioning Despite its newness, it's quiet and smooth like an all-new chain should be. In my experience, it didn't stretch much after the first few hundred miles. However, any new chain will stretch a little during the first few hundred miles especially, so I suggested you keep an eye on it anyway. Be sure the clip master link is aligned correctly with the opening facing the correct direction, as well. Once the first ride is over, I will quickly check if the seatbelt is properly seated. This clip style has the advantage of being easy to install, but there is a slight risk that it could come As long as the installation is done correctly, this shouldn't be a problem. Many people put a drop of silicone or sealant on the clip before putting it in place as an extra measure of security. There have even been instances when clips have been ties with thin wire, neither of which may be essential for the clip, but adding it to the safety is worth it for some. Overall I am impressed with the chain, and glad I spent less money on this inexpensive chain rather than spending twice or three times as much on a "name brand". If anything changes in the future, I will update this review.

This chain was well packaged with gear oil in a tube that does not smell as bad as some of the other gear oils. I'm satisfied with the 525 result, which is what counts. I would expect that the links on this chain would be shorter than my old chain, but that would vary according to the manufacturer. The gold plating is a little duller than normal, but it should still do the job. There is one thing I didn't like about this clip the masterlink provided with the file. The clip type is more convenient to me than rivets, but this particular rivet wasn't at all reassuring and was a bit difficult It is not necessary to press on the pins with pliers like the other ones I have used. The pin holes are too wide, but we still have to poke them in with our fingers. Even though it is a little frustrating to hold it on and get it into place by yourself, it can be done. It also means that the only thing preventing that link from dissolving is the clip, so if the clip were ever removed, it would go bad extremely fast. There is also no grease provided for the link, so I assume that you will be required to use the oil provided. As far as I'm concerned, I just applied some red and tacky I had laying around. At this price, the chain is a good value, and I am willing to spend an extra $5 or $10 for it However, you will need to pay $10 for a better masterlink.

Due to the 4-day delay, the star is minus one. The second I got to my destination, I had to immediately put everything on as I was leaving for an overnight journey. I still see it looking good about 300 miles after I bought it. The length of the video will be edited if I remember. One thing that I noticed was that the masterlink clip is very tight compared to some very cheap chains I have on There have been no issues using clip types on my other computers, but this one has given me a little more confidence. Please note that ***Editor's Note Because I used a pressure washer on this chain, it probably will not last as long, and damn stupidly, I ripped one off It's time to ring. Despite that, I still use it and it works. Now I only clean and lubricate it more frequently. I have logged about 2000 miles so far. It is lubricated with CRC chain lube.

Chain appears to be good quality, but the lubricating oil broke in the shipping package and leaked.

After about 10,000 miles of aggressive riding, I haven't had an issue with this chain on my BMW S1000. Looks good too. I like it a lot. This is a very easy product.

Getting the gold chain was a great decision. It matches perfectly with my brass pegs and other accents in gold. It was easy to set up the chain. Cleaning the gunk and buildup off my bike part took up more time than I expected. It has been about 2 weeks since I put the chain on and maybe 60 miles without it. The first half of the year has been great!.

When I switched to a larger rear sprocket on my DR650, I purchased this to replace the sprocket for a low cost. I've found it to be useful so far. As of yet, I have not put many miles on it, so I don't yet know what its longevity will be.

Installation is quick and easy. It ended up being stolen from him while it was still in my name by some crack heads, and I sold the bike to another person and he ended up getting it back stolen from him. My bike was still running strong when I got it back, so yeah, I guess the bad boy hardly went away! has been going strong for some time now despite surviving a whole lot. The price was definitely worth it.
