I'm not sure, but Ducati makes two hub sizes, so my best guess is that they're both small. I'd check parts books to see if the 2008 1100 hyper has the same part number as your bike, as that's what I used it on.

Aluminum has been expertly cut. Light and airy. It's the perfect fit for my Ducati 996. On a single-sided armed Ducati, sprocket changes aren't difficult, but with this QC carrier, they'll be a breeze! The 996 has a lot of features that aren't needed. Designed to be used on the road. This quick change carrier is a much less expensive way to change gears. I upgraded from a 36-tooth stock sprocket to a JT 40-tooth sprocket. Much better acceleration, and no more lugging the engine through 6th gear at 70 mph! Note that JT's carrier uses only aluminum sprockets, which have a shorter lifespan than steel sprockets. Looking at sprockets from other manufacturers, I can see that the ones from AFAM will not fit, which was another factor I considered. JT sprockets, on the other hand, are reasonably priced for their carrier and appear to be plentiful. The JT sprockets fit perfectly in the JT sprocket carrier, with no play at all - the cut was flawless Because the Ducati's sprocket cover plate bolts completely over the sprocket carrier once installed, you won't be able to see the QC carrier.
First and foremost, there is the obvious. This is the most affordable QC sprocket carrier for a Ducati SS swingarm. It looks good, the machining work is nice, and the performance so far has been fine; though I haven't tried it yet, it appears that changing the gearing will be a piece of cake. br>br>The negatives br>br> The studs protrude just a smidgeon past the carrier's inner face. I had to remove mine in order to use the carrier because they rubbed against the rear chain guard. I see a lot of guys without theirs, and it doesn't appear to be causing any harm. br>br>To me, it appears to be a minor change to make in order to save roughly half the cost of a carrier from CA-. The JT sprocket on my daughter's Monster is a perfect match for this. Excellent fit and finish, as well as genuine quality. Fix it in place and forget about it for the rest of your life. Cush rives slid right in, and the entire assembly bolted up to the swingarm in a matter of minutes. There is no better product on the market, I guarantee it. If you want a simple, no-hassle replacement for expensive factory sprockets, this is the one to get. Only from the OEM site could I find a carrier and sprocket for less than sprocket.
This carrier was purchased for my Ducati 996 because it was more convenient to re-install. This is how I'm going to gear my bike, then find a 41-inch tire. I'm glad I went with the 42 tooth Ducati sprocket because it's less expensive and easier to install, and it fits perfectly. It'll also make future sprocket changes even easier and less expensive. I've gotten 7,000 miles out of my JT sprockets and chain so far, and I've only started making chain adjustments at mile 6. I purchased a JT X- As well as the drive chain. I'd be thrilled if I could get 24k miles, but only time will tell. JT sprockets, in my opinion, are unbeatable; I'm replacing my dirt bike's sprockets with them next.
It's a great piece of quality, especially for the price, and it fits perfectly with JT's Quick Change Sprockets. When compared to the cost of traditional sprocket replacement options, it almost pays for itself. I wasn't sure if it would come with the 5 locknuts needed to mount the sprocket, but it did.
Fitted to the Ducati Hypermotard 821 model from 2015. Everything is in order.
On my Ducati 796, it was a perfect fit.
