I ordered the first belt but it was defective and was rough right after it arrived in In my experience, unworn belts can look flawless after lots of miles and plenty of use, after several hundred miles no knicks appeared

As a spare belt, this Gates belt should be a good deal. Despite the fact that it was only a small Knick, I didn't want to risk installation. If that is a manufacturer's defect or if it was damaged on the shelf, I would like to know. As the next review will be updated after an exchange request is processed, I will evaluate the quality and functionality. I hope it doesn't get damaged again.

The belt I got was way better than the original

I can't describe how much better this belt was. I had to take the original apart clean it, then put it back together because it had shredding and got into the rollers. Continue reading to learn more As part of the process. I feel so much better when I run. The Gates belts are excellent and if I am given the choice I buy a lot of them.

They are hard to beat for the price

I don't understand why anyone would pay a three percent premium The belt costs 4 times as much as the motor. I run these on my Rhino 660. I haven't replaced one for a problem with the belt. Just replaced it when I was already that far into it. Usually, I have more than a few miles on my bike each week, and my last one lasted for almost two years. He hauls loads and/or climbs steep hills most of the time.

For the Grzzly 660 this belt works well

I have a 2003 Grizzly 660 and the belt fits perfectly. Had some belt slip when going uphill in 4x4 with the front differential You won't experience belt slippage when you use this belt. This belt was a tad wider than my old one but that's probably because mine was so worn out, so it was the right choice.

The failure was swift

We were 15 miles from home when the belt failed. Over 1400 miles had gone by when the first belt failed. Replaced it with this one and it failed about 30 minutes after installing it. It was a smooth road the entire time and we drove on either pavement or smooth dirt tracks. Luckily, the belt was able to be replaced and we were able to make it work.

A great price altogether

I am quite impressed with the price of this belt. It seems well constructed and will fit my 03 Grizzly 660 perfectly. It seems very responsive. I will post an update after a few rides and the belt has been.

Your decision will not be regrettable. So far, I've only been on one ride with it, but it seems to be working well so far. The real test will be in the coming years. *UPDATE
I have had this belt for a couple of years now and I have driven over 3000 miles When riding, I NEVER think about the belt at all, and that is the greatest compliment I can give this product. If this one ever breaks, I will definitely buy another one. A belt that is at least as good as.
