It was great until I tried to adjust the pad and tighten it

I finally got around to putting these together. Unbelievable! Out of the box! It's a step up from Harley's shoddy China-made garb. But. The toe pad had to be adjusted. I'm not sure how big this allen head is. It makes no difference whether you use American or metric measurements. It refuses to budge. It wobbles in the head even when tightened with an allen wrench. These shift levers are a fantastic product; however, the bolt appears to be cross threaded or a cheap knockoff. br>EDIT: I installed the allen bolts and went to tighten them, only to find that the actual allen part had stripped out of two of them. WHICH IS A DISGUSTING FACT. The actual shift levers are of incredible quality, but the bolts are extremely cheap and soft.

The Harley heel shifter was backordered, and I was planning a trip with my brand new Street Glide. These appeared after several days of searching; I decided to give them a shot. They arrived in three days and took less than five minutes to install. They covered over 1200 miles in three days and were incredible. It's not expensive, but it's well-made. Enhances the appearance of the traditional brake pedal!.
