It's a stripping issue! It went in fine when I installed the finger throttle adapter, but when I tried to adjust the cable to the correct setting, the damn thing kept getting ripped Since I have worked in the mechanical field for over 50 years, I have never seen this happen

I honestly can't believe the material is so cheap. You would think it would be perfectly matched to the finger throttle so when it comes to operating it, To see if this has happened to other customers of yours, I'm going through all the comments you've posted.

The throttle works smoothly with your finger. My 550sx throttle looks good and fits in place of the worn-out part. In a few days, I will purchase more yarn for my other craft.

Blosion is better than this

A very high quality product. You might need a cable adapter if you don't have one. In order for me to use my 1993 waveblaster, I needed an adapter. The throttle itself is as good as the blowsion throttle that comes on my superjet, for which I paid three times as much. Cast aluminum is inferior to CNC-cut billet aluminum.

A good deal at this price

Fits on the Toyota 550sx without any device adapter. Additionally, it seemed pretty tight compared to some other off brand one that I bought for my ski (the one on my ski is really sloppy). A new one has been installed on my daughter's skis, and I may get one myself.
