Questions & Answers
They do not, in fact. The gold on the levers has a yellowish tint to it.
They'll fit if the brake master and clutch perch on the bar are OEM originals.
The problem was finally fixed. Because they're a perfect fit for my 2018 grom.

Revised - These levers didn't fit our stock 2017 Honda Grom, as you can see below. br> The brake lever had sizing issues, which prevented the brake lights from engaging. I've also included a few photos. The brake light button was completely covered by the stock lever's longer base, but these are much shorter and do not completely cover the button. br>br>EDITbr>We contacted the manufacturer about our concerns, and it turns out that our lever was defective, so they replaced it. They proved to be extremely beneficial. Everything went smoothly during the installation, and it is now operational.
I've only had them for one day, but I prefer them to the stock levers (with a caveat). These look much better than the stock grom levers, and they're a fraction of the price of high-quality machined levers ($85). I don't like how much play (up and down movement) there is in the brake lever, but I like the position and comfort, and it still works well. I am not a fan of the clutch lever. Even when operating the levers, I prefer to keep my thumb and at least one finger wrapped around the handlebar. Because of the lever's angle, I usually rest my pointy finger on the handlebar while pulling the lever with my last three fingers. It doesn't feel right to pull the lever with any other combination of fingers. You'll squish your fingers if you keep your other fingers on while pulling the lever with your pointy. Because of the angle of the handle, the pointy finger has a little extra room, but if you leave any other fingers there with your pointy, they seem to get squashed as well. A straighter lever, I believe, would be preferable.
Looks great on the monkey, was simple to install, and worked flawlessly for a 30-mile ride. It appears to be of good quality, far superior to the OEM, and is reasonably priced. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> After 3 months of use, I decided to upgrade to ASV levers, which are far superior in terms of quality, appearance, and feel. I found them on Amazon for a reasonable price.
They appeared to be a little looser than the OEMs, but they looked great and performed admirably. The only thing I didn't like about them was that they were branded with the Ride It logo, which I thought was a little cheesy. This logo is conveniently absent from all product photographs. I'd prefer they didn't include that, but other than that, they're fine.
The levers were installed without a hitch, but as many people have pointed out, they are at different distances from the bars. Even with the brake all the way in and the clutch all the way out, the distance between them is not the same. They work and perform the job for the money.
For my Honda monkey, these are fantastic budget levers. These were the only silver levers I could find, and they work perfectly.
It's attractive and reasonably priced, but that's about it. The brake light button depressing tab on the brake lever was too short, and the brake light would not turn on. Also, on my aftermarket protaper bars, the adjustable knob on the brake lever interfered with my throttle cables, preventing me from fully depressing the brake lever. After sending pictures and explaining the problem, the company was very quick to fix my problem and give me a full refund. I gave it a two-star rating because they didn't work with my 2017 GROM as advertised, and I didn't even try the clutch lever after having problems with the brake lever. However, I would give Amazon and the company a five-star rating for customer service.
As if it were a slender lever. However, despite ensuring that the levers are evenly spaced from the grips and rotated to proper positions on the bar, the settings on the levers are drastically different. One is set at 6 inches from the grips, while the other is set at one inch. My Grom isn't a fan of this match. They'll end up in the trash after I purchase some better-quality levers with tighter tolerances and quality control. Another issue is that the coloring appears to be more bronze or copper than the gold color I requested. The anodized gold colors do not match those of my other vendors.
