In person, the fit and finish are excellent, as are the red anodized parts. Particularly considering the cost.
These levers are well-made, functional, and stylish on my 2018 Honda Grom. Excellent value for money and quick delivery. If a sticker had been included in the box, I would have proudly displayed it on my bike to promote your fantastic product. It took about 15 minutes to install both the brake and clutch levers because they were a perfect fit and used stock bolts. Thank you.
For the price, these are unbeatable.
My 2018 Grom was unable to use the clutch lever. When I contacted the seller, they requested that I send photos of how I fixed the problem so that they could forward it to the manufacturer. They are unconcerned about the situation. According to some reviews, the brake lever jams and locks the front brake. That wasn't an issue for me, but it could have happened if I hadn't modified my clutch lever. The second star goes to the levers because they appear to be well-made. What you pay for is exactly what you get. I'd rather spend a little time sanding down the rough edges than pay three times as much. For some fancier name brand crap that probably comes from the same place anyway, you'll have to pay four times as much. I doubt a reputable shop would install these on a customer's bike, but for the home modifier, these levers will suffice. Save your money and accept the fact that you'll have to do the work yourself.
These were purchased for my daughter's 2019 ABS Grom season. However, if you want them to fit without a lot of play, installation is simple. Fit the shims to the bike the same way I did; there are two of them. To resume the game, 020 thick will be used. I ended up bringing myself to. For the brake side, dial in 012 and. The clutch levers now operate smoothly and wiggle less than the factory levers, thanks to the 016 modification. br>br>I would have been perfectly satisfied with just booting them up as is and being perfectly satisfied with the money spent. However, I believe they are an excellent value when installed with the custom shims. These are the ideal size for her small hands!.
Here's where you can find the 2015 Honda CB500F: br>br>The part of the brake lever that makes contact with the light switch is significantly shorter than the OEM lever, causing it to lose contact with the switch over time. I'd say my result was satisfactory; I was able to return home and replace the old levers. If these are your only levers, they will destroy your bike and possibly cause far more damage than mine did. Furthermore, you know that these Chinese garbage dropshippers will not be held liable if you wreck because they failed to measure a piece correctly when cloning it. br>br>The disparity is significant, and the sizes aren't even comparable. Perilous. Avoid.
These low-cost levers should be avoided because the ratchet adjustments will not hold the set position. They'll ratchet down to the lowest (shortest throw) position after two or three applications. I decided to keep them anyway because I like the setting. Because the mechanism is accessible, I might be able to rework these to make them work as they should. You should not purchase these if you are unable to deal with shady products.
I bought it because of the good reviews and the fact that they covered a variety of models. br>br>WARNING: THIS DOES NOT FIT THE 2018 GROM. The brake side went in without a hitch, but the clutch side was a disaster. It was not milled according to specifications, resulting in the main screw-in failure. It's set to bind inside the lever and doesn't need to be screwed in. It appears to be cross-threaded, but this is not the case. I removed it and replaced it with a stock set. I'm ditching TST in favor of another brand. Make a financial savings.
