I'm fairly certain that all levers are the same size. As a result, it should be able to fit onto the peg. The screw has the ability to tighten tightly around the peg piece. My friend gave me one from his 2019 CRF, which worked well but was too long for my pit bike.

These were purchased to replace the ones that came with my Apollo Z20 Max in 2021. Both the clutch and the front brake levers fit perfectly and function perfectly. Once you've got the set screw where you want it, you'll need to use Loctite to keep it from vibrating and shifting its position.
There was no damage. I fell twice, once in the dirt and once on the sidewalk. Both are running at a slow pace. There were no bends or breaks in the levers. The system works flawlessly. My only criticism is that the clutch lever is constructed in such a way that it almost necessitates the use of a longer clutch cable. It was possible because of me. My clutch engagement, on the other hand, is a little unusual.
So far, I'm really impressed with the handles. You'll have to adjust them, which is to be expected, but I really like them. The hand grips aren't the most comfortable, and the handle bar twists a little too much, but I'm still satisfied.
The items are of good quality, but I failed to notice that there are two sizes listed in the description.
