Yes. It has two small straps on the outside and a larger strap in the middle that connects the clamps.

Is this part compatible with a 2010 Yamaha RMZ250?

I'm afraid I can't be certain. But it worked on my 2020 Husky 701 Enduro, so it's worth a shot. It's safe to say that it's fairly common. I hope this has been of assistance.

For my handguard mounts, I had to cut mine up a little. A mini hacksaw is all that's needed to get the job done. The cover and pad for the bar are excellent.
