You can put it on through a small opening.

It's a little on the long side, but it should work.

LOVE IT! It's not the first time I've used ProTaper pads. They are very appealing to me. This American flag is something I've been looking for for a long time. The other day, I finally came across them. Amazon also has the best price, as well as, of course, quick shipping. With shopping on eBay, they were close to $30. As a result, there is a significant distinction. If I had to knit one thing, it would be a sweater. One thing is that because the bar is so stiff, it's a little difficult to get on it. The foam in my older pads was softer. Because this blue stuff is so tough, it's difficult to get it to stick to the bar. However, this isn't a major issue. I really like how it looks with my quad!.

This was purchased to go around the grab handle on my Toyota Land Cruiser. The holes on the pad's ends were far too small for my needs. It's well-made and would be ideal for use on a motorcycle.

Nice dense foam, but the opening in the middle is far too small to fit over the handlebar on my daughter's bike, despite the fact that the handlebar appears to be of normal thickness.
