They didn't fit well with the hadwarmers on my 2006 switchback, so I had to take them off.
Mine don't keep out much cold air, but I suppose it's better than nothing. Gloves have plenty of room in this bag. They do a good job of shielding your hands from brush and branches, which is especially useful in cold weather.
Not 100 sure but it will likely be a little tight around the brake and clutch levers a little tight around the brake and clutch levers a little tight around the brake and clut I have them on my snowmobile, and the brake is a little tight. I believe there is a slightly longer version of this mounting kit.

I'm the proud owner of a Yamaha SR Viper X- Because the handlebars are so crowded, you'll need to loosen the fasteners that keep your throttle in place. In order to mount these brackets on the bars, you'll need to remove the brake assemblies. The X- TX and M- are two words that come to mind when thinking of Texas and Mexico. The grab handle is integrated into the handlebars on TX SR Vipers. Another point to consider: Both brackets were flush mounted against the hand grips, as well as the brake and throttle modules. The hand warmer wiring was placed in front of the handlebars on each side by Yamaha. You could wrap the steel loops around the handle bar and attach them to the aluminum brackets if it was to the back. But. Not at all. As a result, I had to mill a notch on the throttle side of the bracket to allow the hand warmer wiring to pass through. The hand guards would have looked odd if the bracket had been placed on the opposite side of the throttle module. Anyway, the brackets and hand guards worked fine; I just wanted to warn people that they might need to modify their equipment to make these work properly.
with some minor alterations Installed with stock handlebar on a 2017 Polaris 800 Pro S. The throttle cable had to be routed over the bracket, so it didn't go on as expected. When the throttle was wide open, it was pinched by the throttle lever, causing the throttle to become stuck! When you're traveling at 100 miles per hour, this isn't good! As a result, we tweaked it a little. The underside of the bracket, just in front of the lock nut, was ground down with a grinder. This left just enough room for the throttle cable to pass between the handlebar and the bracket. The issue has been resolved!.
They are compatible with a c-model from 2018. Great force of 400. All I had to do was move the right brake cylinder a little.
Handguards are a complete waste of time. Mounts are fine, but the hand guards are a waste of time. The instructions for mounting the device are inadequate. Late last summer, I put these on my ATV. It hasn't been ridden in a long time. The mounts are fine, but the hand guards are cracked through at each mounting bolt when I took it out to plow snow a few months later.
But what is the cost of both of them? Solid. There are no instructions provided. There is a lot of extra hardware that hasn't been explained. To see a picture of how they were supposed to go together, I had to look at the Amazon ad. Is it because of the two pieces of vacuum hose and the extra long screws? as well as uncertain. There's a good chance it'll come in handy with compatible parts and accessories, but there's no way to know for sure. This item is overpriced and should have come with the hand guards I purchased.
But I'm thankful I got them. 'Universal' kits don't always work as well as they should. These were purchased to go with my FZ- 09, but it isn't particularly impressive. But I'm glad I got them, especially now that it's so cold outside.
Even with the spacers, these barely reach half of my hand. It has a clumsy appearance and does little. Arctic Cat F800 from 2013.
It's a pain to put these together. It's easiest to hold everything in place with two people and then bolt it all together at the same time; I had to modify my clutch and brake housing to get them lined up properly. If you can make your own mounting, go ahead and do it. The more you tighten these to prevent the hand guards from rotating down and up in the wind, the less they actually hold.
