I must say that I don't think these are bad at all. In addition to being relatively sturdy, they are also big and beefy. The clutch side guards however didn't grip well, where they slid in and pinched against my clutch in a race, costing me precious time. I had to fix them.
The price is absolutely worth it. The lever covers seem like they will protect my levers much better than the stock ones, and they look a lot I didn't have to do anything special to my KLR bars since the ends of the bars were already threaded the right size. The only complaint I have is There is no paint on the mounting hardware, so it does not look very good. In this price range, I don't think it's I am updating A second set of these were ordered after I bent the first. Unlike the old set, the new one I received has a different design. As a result, the new ones are much smaller and required a great deal of force to adhere to your body. It's a shame, because the first time I ordered, the food was excellent. It is likely that I will order something else.
The unit is installed on the There is a problem with one of the clamp bolts, so I am taking off a star for sturdy. At the end of the bolt are threads that are flattened to prevent the bolt from turning A bolt that would work will need to be found around here. The overall feeling is that they are solid and would be able to absorb most impacts.
I get a lot of compliments about both the black and plastic bars. I'm going to put these on my daughter's 85 Two-tone Having a stroke. She is going to crash the bike a lot as the bike is too powerful and a bit too large In addition to keeping her hands healthy, the brush bars have maintained the integrity of the handlebars as well. Despite multiple crashes, clutch and brake levers were not broken and the hands were so protected that they did not require replacement. In regards to the tip, I encourage you. Handlebars suffer from a lot of vibration, so I always use LocTite on the screws of this type of item so that the screws don't come loose.
Get them here and avoid the hassle I had where I paid for a half-product and had to wait three weeks before I was able to use it There are 5 days to return your money, but buying here means that you won't have the same experience I had with another seller. Live your lives to the fullest extent possible.
These are slightly smaller than the more expensive ones but fit on my 2015 DR650 fine. I need to get some shorties or cut off the ball ends on my levers, but all in all I can do it All in all, they are a good quality and seem pretty sturdy. The hardware, on the other hand, seems to be faulty. You may as well just wrap them up in a bag before giving them to someone else. It's funny.
Do not mind cheap Chinese goods, but have a problem with them stealing a logo and printing it on their products. Again, these are not Zetas so there is no reason to print the logo on them. As a whole, they're not terrible, but by no means exceptional. you want the best hand guards, buy the real Zeta guards. You can buy these if you are on a budget or if you aren't concerned.
I thought I would give these guards a try since they were my first pair. I will probably use these until they wear out or break, as they are an OK setup. There are better solutions that I may try next time. I'll use them till they break or wear out. This is not the most attractive item, but it is the mounting system - it was somewhat difficult to figure out how the tapes should be applied, and there were no instructions. It is a pity that the mounts do not seem to be of the best quality, though for the price I should have expected it. In the picture, it seems as if the hand guard is bigger than it is in real life.
