It's up to you.

Yes. These grips are designed to fit any 7/8" outer diameter bar. To fit over the throttle tube, the grip on the ride side is slightly larger. I hope this information is useful; these grips are excellent.
Remove your existing grips and measure the handlebars. It's one pair of standard 7/8" grips. Try the side without the throttle; the throttle side is usually slightly larger. I don't remember how long ago I installed them, but I believe the throttle grip was a little larger to accommodate the throttle tube. These grips are the most grippy you'll ever find. They stretch, so even if your bars are a little larger, rubbing alcohol sprayed on the bars and inside the grips will make them slide on easily. The rubbing alcohol evaporates, leaving them in place. Don't overthink it; you've discovered the ideal grips. You won't be disappointed if you buy these.

Renthal is one of my favorite designers, but these are not black. Longhorn moto was the seller, and I attempted to contact them to resolve the problem. I'm hoping for a color swap or something along those lines. I gave them two weeks to respond, but they did not. I'm not sure I'm going to send it back, but I'm sure I'll use it. That's most likely what they wanted. Just keep in mind that if you order black grips, they will be a dark gray rather than a true black. The difference can be seen in the image. Gray is the color of my wedding ring. My stock grips were cut to fit the controls on the new bar, but the size is standard.

I am overjoyed. I bought these to replace the OE grips on my XSR900, and I'm very happy with them. They have a lower profile than the OE grips and give the front end a slightly different look, which I like. br>br>They are also very simple to install. I removed the old grips, cleaned them, and sprayed hairspray inside the new grips before sliding them on. It's very simple. br>br>It'll be interesting to see how long these last, but for now, I'm satisfied. I'll probably swap these out every year because of the low cost and ease of doing so.
These are, without a doubt, my all-time favorite grips. The tackiness of the soft compound provides good control without being sticky or making it difficult to change your hand position. The thin shape gives the bars a very minimalist feel, which is ideal if you prefer direct control or have smaller hands. Despite its thinness, the slight squishiness does a good job of dampening high-frequency vibrations. In addition, unlike some other soft "cushion" grips, the grips are not dirt and grime magnets.
I purchased the black/hard grips and installed them on my 2016 FZ-S. They're a little thinner than the stock grips, but they're a lot more comfortable to hold. The black is more grey than black, so if you really want black grips, you should probably go with something else. I'm not taking away a star because of the color, but Renthal, instead of black, you should describe these grips as dark gray or perhaps carbon colored. br>br>Both fit snugly enough that I didn't need to use glue, which is a plus in my book. The use of an air compressor speeds up the installation process.
These worked well in place of my old, worn-out grips. You won't want to go barefoot with them on. hand it. When installing, coat the inside of the grip as well as the bars with hairspray and slam it on quickly. It's a SLIGHTLY SLIGHTLY SLIGHTLY SLIGHTLY SL The grip will be extremely secure once the hairspray has dried. To get the grips on, I first tried using blasts of air from an air compressor, but it didn't work. I would purchase this item again.
I used to have these on my old dirt bikes, as well as my zx10 and now my Grom. Good grip, long lasting thin feeling, not much cushion, so you'll feel vibrations, but I prefer a more direct contact with the bike.
If the right buyer came along, I believe these grips would be worthy of 5 stars. However, they are nearly perfect for me, and installation was relatively simple. However, they did not cover the entire throttle on my sv650 and protruded slightly on the left side; the grip, however, is fantastic, albeit a little thin. Riding for long periods of time can be taxing on the hands as a result of this. But I don't think I'll be sorry for buying it. The majority of the time, they appear and feel good, and they appear to be well-made for the price.
