The product worked for my United Motorist Matrix II 150cc manufactured in China in 2009. As long as the wire is the same length as the brake cable, you should be good to go.

Our cheap Chinese-food restaurant crashed when my wife and I were driving it The cable for the back brake snapped on a scooter made in China. There were quite a few places where we took our moped scooter that weren't charging us enough for the cheap According to the measurements taken, the cable not only worked properly, it was also very strong. Several parts are included the cable, cable housing, and spring which is used to return the cable to its normal position after the brake has been released (as shown in the picture). Neither repairing the scooter nor putting it back together was difficult. My hand squeezed in small places at the end to get the wire into place after screwing in a few bolts.
