Is this a set of fronts or a set of rears?

They're supposed to be fronts, after all. I haven't had the opportunity to do so yet. Despite the fact that the part title includes the word "rear," the AC Delco website lists them as Front. P/N 18A1206xx is used on all other high-performance front rotors. P/N 18A926 or 18A928 are the performance back rotors.

No, you'll need two.

How long do these rotors last once they've been installed on the vehicle?

I have these rotors on my 2006 Silverado 2500HD and they are still like new with about 25k miles on them. They provide excellent braking and there are no squeaking issues. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. 👍🏾
