Selected User Reviews For SuperATV Sintered Brake Pads for Polaris General / RZR 570 / RZR 800 / RZR 800 S - (BP-P-004) - Replaces OEM # 2202412, 2201398, 1910333
For my 2017 RZR XP1000 High lifter edition, I bought pads for both front and rear. Having only 600 miles on the original pads, these were my first pads to be replaced. Installation of super atv pads and break-in procedures were carried out in accordance to Polaris service repair manual instructions. When I took them on my first journey, they lasted me several days. It was almost as if the pads had gone Technical support at Super Atv was unable to give me any advice. They said they had no record of batch issues. Guess that means I have to order more stock and see what happens.
Spend your money wisely and stay away from SuperATV knock-offs What a deal! riding, they were all down to steel, and to put my riding style into context, after 1400 miles the OEM pads had only worn down to about 20%. The difference is huge!.
I tested these products on a 2014 RZR 800 S and they worked just fine. It turns out that they were all thrown out of the box in the bag with the opened boxes in it I gave 4 stars because the parts weren't damaged and they work perfectly. Receiving my package opened isn't the manufacturer's fault. Rather, it could be the post office or an Amazon employee. A tear in the bag caused it to be closed with tape. Amazon is the source of very expensive items I've ordered for years, I've never encountered this issue before, but I am extremely.
After ordering these for my RZR, the padded envelope of the package had a huge hole in it, so I returned. The only pair of shoes left was the last one. In an effort to see if Lexington motorsports would take the initiative and ship new pads, I did call them about it. Whenever I called, they were hanging up, so I returned the call. The only reason I gave 5 stars is that I had no issues returning the item. The seller I ordered from will not be the seller I order from again.
It is a waste of time and money to use these pads. It took me about four hours to do the repairs and the front was already in need of replacement. The trails I ride are mostly muddy, so I don't need to brake much. It was cleaned and adjusted when installed, but the brakes still wore out very fast. It may last longer with solid brake The set is great, but I won't be buying another one.
After I drove about 300 miles with these on, I heard a sandpaper noise. Since the first time I jumped into the mud, it felt like I couldn't stop, and the boots have been making loud noises ever since. Thanks to a refund, I was able to keep the OEM, but I would suggest sticking with it.
SuperATV won't be worth your time and money! riding, they were all down to steel, and to put my riding style into context, after 1400 miles the OEM pads had only worn down to about 20%. The difference is huge! The customer service at super atv is terrible, and these pads cost only a few dollars more than OEM options.
The first one I put on my 2016 rzr 1000 and I bought two sets of them considering I was going to give it another try, but I only got about 50 to 60 miles out of them If you don't like changing your brakes, don't buy these junky brakes. I got 75 miles out of my first set of brakes, and then about 100 miles out of my second set.
