How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

This part replaces Manufacturer Part Numbers 1911113
This model has a six-hole mounting system. There is a mounting hole of 38MM center to center, and a 5MM mounting hole.
Approximately 12 mm is the diameter of the live cylinder in the brake pump. A 7MM screw is used for oil pipes, and a 10MM screw for oil pipes is used.
As part of the installation process, you must loosen the oil drain screw of the brake pump under the brake and continuously press the brake foot pump to generate pressure, so that the brake pump's oil passes through the oil pipe, enters the brake pump, and then pressure is released. Unless you exhaust air from the brake system, it will not work

A good product with a modification that can be fixed
4/5

This installation was done on a 2009 Polaris Sportsman 500. Due to the fact that I had to drill out the mounting holes, I gave it 4 stars. As far as I can tell, it appears to work fine, but I cannot guarantee it due to the possible failure of the caliper. This version is more functional than the previous one, but it is still left with some room for improvement.

The leak occurred

I couldn't get the brake line to seal properly where it was installed. The item was returned and a replacement OEM
was bought on eBay for $60. Aftermarket parts would have been better, but OEM worked fine for me. I would have saved a lot if I had used the aftermarket.

5/5

I am happy with the way that it bolted up on my 2004 Polaris Sportsman The system seems to work, although I am waiting on the rear brake line to be installed.

You are wasting your time with it! It was easy to install
3/5

I have noticed that the foot brake only lasts about two weeks and the seals are blown, so the foot brake does not apply pressure when you apply it, leaving it right on the ground. The only time I ride it is about three times per There is no way I would recommend this product.

All you can do is bleed this thing all day long, but still nothing happens. I bought OEM and it bled well.
