Vulcan is a ship I am not familiar with. I will however tell you what your thread pitch is, if you want to be sure. Two different types are available. As for the crush washers, be sure to replace the old ones with new ones. I'm not sure which one you have.
We normally leave our doors If you increase pressure on a brake pedal/handle press, the switch closes and your brake light is turned
Honestly, I'm not sure. It works great on my chopper, but I had to order two because the first one wasn't wide enough.

I was able to install it without a problem. The copper crush washers and electrical connectors for the wires are also included. The quality of the product is good. You will need to remove the old banjo bolt and install this one. Bleed the brakes when you are finished. You need to wire your circuit inline.
Example of a wiring diagram. You should have two leads connected to your brake light. A wire placed directly into the ground or a (-) wire Batteries 1), 2 The following Positive (+) wire should go to any one of the connectors of this switch (it doesn't matter which one it goes to) The following The second connector will be connected to the positive (+) terminal This is done. With these new changes, the brake button has a switch that completes the circuit when pressed.
In addition to being missing parts (crush gasket), it did not function either. It is so easy to buy these cheap $7 ones that I have installed these kinds of brake light triggers so many times. It takes a couple of years for them to wear off. Rather than purchasing the cheaper one, I decided to buy this one that is a bit more expensive. Not at all. The piece of junk was dead as soon as it was opened. Since I didn't reach the return window before Amazon's timed closing had passed, I opened it after their return period had expired. There is no way I will do business with this company again. I thought that was a joke.
Does every company come with a computer, or do some not? Reports in reviews conflict, so I'm not sure. The seal washers that came with mine were missing. Upon installation, there will be an update to the review. It will be installed on the system for front brakes. In my last trip I installed a rear brake on my dual sport and all of a sudden I lost all pressure going down a steep incline when it failed. I recommend installing on the less critical front system if it is being mounted on a dirt bike or dual sport bike.
It has now been a couple months since I've been running this switch, and I have logged 1000 miles on the bike without any problems. In my 2005 R1, the exhaust system will be literally less than 1+ inches from the back of the switch, and the switch didn't get damaged by Getting the silicone boot for it would also be a good idea.
It starts by burning out the wires for my switch on my 2012 CRF 450x, then it breaks them and connects them to the stoplight muffler. My attempt to rewire failed, as the connections at the old switch broke off. I could not have chosen a better switch.
If this came with a boot and washer like cheaper models, that is a nice feature. Due to the price of the boot as well as the complete package, I just bought both.
The crush washers and the electrical connectors were not included. I also had to buy an extra wire cover to cover the wires for the overpriced boot I had to purchase in addition for the price listed above. On Ebay I should have gotten the $7 deal that had everything and free shipping included.
I installed this in 10 minutes or less, and it worked better than the OEM switch over an extended period of time. The switch is still working well as of 7/24/2019!.
