As for the installation, I have a 2020 Ninja Z650, so I'm not sure if it's the same as the 2016 model. There is no need to modify or cut the 2020 in order to install it. This is a simple and straightforward installation, with all components fitting and aligning

It is a very good product that is installed in exactly the same way as the Vagabond one that can be viewed on YouTube. I have the 2020 Ninja 650 and it fits perfectly. I recommend it!.
In the past, I would have ordered an Eliminator Kit from Yoshimura or Puig, but now I am glad I found this one. Ultimately, all of these fender eliminator kits are simply an anodized or powdercoated bracket with hardware attached to it Why spend $100 or more on that if this will do the job just as well? I found the installation to be super easy and the result Its only downside is that it does not come with provision to mount In any case, at this price point, I give it an easy five stars.
With this bracket I was able to improve the looks of my bike without spending a lot of money. I thought my bike looked sleeker and more compact when I got rid of the long plastic tail. Having the minimalist styling on my naked bike is one of my favorite things, and getting it done so cheaply was a pleasant surprise. As someone who works with metal stamping, I can absolutely attest that the construction here is solid for the purpose it's intended for. Aside from the grommets, installation is straightforward. The hardest part is removing the stock tail, followed by getting the factory grommets in. You can remove the bolts from the stock one, but there is still a screw holding it in place. To get it, you have to enter a screwdriver through an opening as far down as you can and bend the under coverage down until you can reach it, or you can reach it with a low-profile Ratcheting a bit in a ratchet worked well. The brake light cover needs to be taken off before the cover can be lowered. In spite of that, it's just a matter of adding the lights, fishing the wires, and tightening the stud nuts. * * * The only negative thing is that it was slightly too large in the corners to fit the indents The lace is just a bit too sharp in the corners, and it might hang up on the larger round parts of the plastic on the bike. Initially, I tried it, but the tightening felt too progressive, so I redone it a second time The stack tightened up fast (as a solid stack should) after a few washers are stacked around each stud for spacing. That's still a great shot. It might also have been designed partly by me, with its heads for clinch studs for added I did not break anything, but I was concerned that the flush stud might pull out if I overtightened it. You probably won't have a problem if you don't overtighten it.
The bracket does not come with instructions (which I expected), but I watched an installation video from TST Industries on YouTube and I was able to install it I highly recommend the bracket for this bike because it is well made and the parts actually fit my 2019 Ninja 650 perfectly. I bought a name brand for half the price of the number one brand that I was originally going to buy, and I have no complaints whatsoever.
We have the 2020 Z650 in this section. When I was looking at some more expensive options online, I discovered this device on Amazon with good reviews and I liked the fact that there was no wiring or soldering required. Since it is my first mod, I had no idea what I was doing, but I finished it in an hour and a half. I was able to hook everything up to my 2020 Z650 successfully. The look is much cleaner and I am pleased with it. The piece looks solid and is not going away. You can save money by buying this rather than the more expensive brands as long as you want to reuse the factory signals and plate lights. One of the hardest parts was figuring out how to get the plastic body pieces off each end. Pull the slide backward and it will come.
I urge you to purchase this product right now! Historically, I have been skeptical of aftermarket parts, especially for motorcycles, but this is, by far, the best money I have spent on it. It took about an hour for me to install, which with no mechanical understanding, I think is perfectly fine. (A YouTube video will help with the installation).
There are no instructions, so had to watch YouTube to understand how it works.
The instructions inside the box made it easier for me to do at first, although I was unaware they came with instructions. The product is fantastic and pretty simple to install in my opinion.
