The bolts look like they're plastic, but are they metal? Can you tell me what the torque ratings are?

I would guess they are made of aluminum or some kind of metal. Because the specs are for fairings and over tightening could cause them to crack, I'm not sure about the torque specifications. Despite a limited budget, they are able to complete the project.

My ZX Spectrum benefited from the purchase of this set Having worn a 14 in silver when I was 18 back in March 2020, I must admit it is a fantastic piece. The screws have been removed and installed without any problems to date using a screw gun and hex bits set to the lowest torque setting 6 The number of times is 7. All the screws I needed to change out the factory hardware were included in this set, as well as a few extras. In Oct 2020, I placed a new order for extras, as I used the extras in other non-critical locations on the bike. Deciding I wanted some extras after the first set proved great, I decided I wanted some extras. As I received and inspected the second set, I noticed the hardware of the bigger set was more satin or sand blasted looking then the first set that was polished. My first attempt at polishing the larger hardware failed. I thought I could let it dry and that would match the first set. As far as the anodized finish is concerned, it remained the same. My apologies but I returned the set as I don't want to mix hardware with a nice polished finish with hardware that goes with other hardware.

A new set of fairings was purchased for my motorcycle. It is stated that the kit contains everything you need in the It does not include the rivets shown on the fairing. I am waiting for the shipment of fairing rivets to arrive. I AM NOT SATISFIED. Advertising for a product that isn't available!.
