Yes, they work great and they're a good price. If the plastic is not cracked around the hole, then it is ok. It's also a good idea to glue with in since they are easily removed

This is for the fairing of an 2008 Street Glide. I successfully replaced 2 of the 3 inserts. This is better than stock, so be sure to get them straight, and with the middle insert, be cautious to twist it while in, as there is no support for the middle section. Despite the fact that it was not an expensive fix, it does a good job of rattling the.

There are no words to describe how important these things are I installed the 3 inserts on my 2013 street glide at the same time as the speaker install, and they all worked great, the tone and bass are wonderful. I wish the handle tool were a little bigger, but a pair of channel locks would remedy the problem in no time,.

The inserts were easy to screw in and worked great. With the device that came with them, it was a bit difficult to turn the farther you went in, but with a pair of vise grips I was able to turn it. Once that was done, I had no problems.
