With a little bit of creativity, it may come to pass. Take it with a grain of salt, and
You may need to modify or fabricate brackets to mount it on most bikes. Don't expect it to bolt on without any modification.
This worked with a 2010 xl883. It's cool looking and works great. She does a great job at fending off the wind. Allows at least one square inch of wind to hit you in the chest while creating a kite/wind sail effect. The wind however sporadically blasts you in the face. So, this wasn't a big deal for me because I always wore a helmet.
My 2020 was too big for it, even though I know it may fit others

I bought this to help with wind. It is pretty good for that. You've done a great job. No instructions are included and the top screw required to fasten the bracket to the headlight screw extender is missing.
The ones on Amazon I've tried have all worked for me. It is all the same to me. All of these are not compatible with a 2020 Sportster and all are junk. In a matter of seconds the threaded inserts pull right out once you tighten the screws in the fairing. Everything about it is a pain in the rear.
However, this does not improve the situation. I think everyone who said they had a 15 minute install must have been very lucky, since mine didn't install straightaway. There is no way to center the headlight on the visor no matter how much I try. This may be a defective bracket, or it may even be the lens.
It would have been best to purchase it off eBay for $20 and wait a week for it to arrive. The 90 sporty 883 will be mounted on it. I don't see why it needs instructions when it seems so simple. I took the oscillating tool to notch out the band of plastic that holds the headlight gasket clamp in place. Using the screw as the clamp, I positioned it at the top so that the notch would be hidden. Appearances suggest that it should be sturdy. It will be very difficult for me to use my headlight if it is pointed in the air. I've updated to I broke the cable for my speedometer because the bracket for the fairing broke. In order to run the cable through the hole in this case, I drilled a With the knob flush against it, the odometer is now in good working order. With a cutting wheel, I will cut a notch in the rear of the bike so I can reach behind it to reset the A die had to be taken as well A slotted hole must be ground out in order to get the top screw to fit. In all, this cookie cutter, one size fits all chinese crap has cost me $20 extra and a lot of headaches The design is good, still! Make sure you are careful when buying!.
There is a small difference in wind deflection due to this, and that is quite a nice touch. I had to guess what to do since I didn't receive any installation instructions. Some manipulation is necessary since the fairing isn't perfect, but all in all it's not a bad fairing for the budget.
My 07 883 fits really well with this. Even with an aftermarket day maker headlight, no cutting or sanding is required. There isn't any instruction but you can find a video on youtube by Harley Kenn. It was very helpful to see where each piece of hardware goes. It didn't require you to use spacers or the other weird-looking Allen screws. The hardware in my kit was all included. You will need to use loctite to keep it in place. Came with a tiny paint chip on the top, but at this price who can complain. A little nail polish would fix the problem as would a pencil.
The top bolt to attach the fairing to the light is missing. There was a problem with the rubber piece attached to the bolt, so it is Guess what? I still haven't figured out what to do after I have made my own hardware and gotten everything working? It did not even come close to being aligned with the headlights. Spending money on this is a waste of time. I don't know what to say about this.
The whole thing went smoothly. Would really appreciate directions if it came with it. I was wondering whether there was a specific way in which the headlight would fit into the hole, specifically when it comes to the headlight adjustment nut. The headlight was painted satin to match the bike.
If anyone has any thoughts about the location of the headlight, please share with me.
