Jim, I'm not sure. There are a number of Jeep hinges that will fit them. Applied them to the Jeep bumpers of my daughter and they worked perfectly. See the additional details section of the product's description to learn more about the application possibilities.
It seems to be the case. It seems they would fit the JL bumper as well because I used these on the Jeep Wrangler Sahara bumper. The bolts appear to be the same as those found on original equipment.

I am very pleased with them. The dodge wrangler beater I have is an older 2008 model. Since I am deaf, I feel more comfortable driving with the tire carrier removed to make it easier to see out the back window (I feel safe driving my jeep more easily if I can see around out the window). I had rusted holes and the factory tailgate vent was falling apart, so I went online and found hole plugs for the holes and a taligate delete plate so I could replace the factory vent and keep it from getting wet in the rain. My problem is that I thought the delete plate came with bolts, but it turns out not to be true. Since I no longer had the stock bolts for the tire carrier, I had to use my own. In order to find out what those bolts were, I had to again use the internet. It was only after going to Quadratec and checking their replacement parts section that I realized I needed m8 bolts instead. A search on Amazon turned up the books. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any that looked like the picture on quadratec, but these bolts were listed as m8 bolts, so I got 8 of them. As the bolt holes on my Jeep were rusted, I had to use my screwgun to rock the bolts in and out several times so that they would fit, however once I did that, they went in If I need to purchase more M8 Jeep bolts in the future, I will definitely buy these again.
They replaced the screws that had been stripped out due to going in a little crooked but still As far as we know, they have only been tested on the roof.
In addition, the washers do not fit into the holes of the bolts, which should be used for window brackets made by JK. The washers had to be cut off and rubber ones had to be used in their place. The cost difference between these and buying them from the dealership was so great that it was almost a wash. We will have to modify the items before they fit. Please note that the items do not fit and have to be modified.
The size is the same. These worked well!.
Rust, fall off, and corrode to the point where they are no longer useful. Until the end of the year, I guess they will look okay.
I was able to match the bolt color on doors perfectly.
The replacement is almost exactly the same as the original. There is only one small problem, the plastic washer is a tad too.
You will pay much less for these than you would if you bought them directly.
