It was the perfect fit for my Grizzly from 2006. I'm not sure about 2004, but I believe it will be a good year.
I'm not sure, but I have my doubts. This seat cover was designed to fit an ATV seat. However, the velcro straps allow for adjustment. Kolpin is probably your best bet for getting the right answer.
I'm afraid I can't directly answer your question because I'm unfamiliar with the seat on the 2005. I do own a Honda TRX500FFA from 2011. I tried two other ATV seat covers, but neither of them fit my ATV. The Koplin is extremely comfortable and simple to wear.
It fits my Honda Foreman like a glove, so I'm confident it will.

Our seat's foam was fine, but the black plastic had deteriorated due to exposure to the elements. So I used gorilla tape to secure it and put this on top of it. It is a perfect fit! There was little in the way of packaging or details, but with a little common sense, I was able to get it on. It took a few minutes to put together because it's tight, but that's why it looks so good. It was well worth the money, and the material and stitching appear to be of high quality. I wish I had received it earlier!.
It took a lot of effort to put it on. didn't quite fit in with the rest of the scene The cover was held in place by Velcro straps that connected to one another, but two of them didn't reach the other. We were stumped as to where we should put them. The cover appeared to only go on one way, but after some back and forth, I finally convinced them to try it the other way. It appeared to be successful. Lol. In some places, it was too big, and in others, it was too big. On a Honda Rincon, this was used. br>br>He had no choice but to use it because he was leaving the next day on his 4-day trip. A trip on a wheeler I enquired of him. He said it lasted a long time and didn't fall off. Everything went as planned.
In addition, I keep my four-wheeler parked outside under a lean-to. That's a lot of abuse, but the Kolpin Seat Cover has proven to be more durable than I expected. So, when the seat cover finally gave way, there was no doubt in my mind that I would buy another Kolpin Seat Cover!.
This was purchased as a replacement for a Honda Recon. Every couple of years, I wear out a seat cover and replace it with a new one. Every day, we ride our machine and leave it out in the elements to check cattle. It fit nicely and was far preferable to ripping up the machine's seat cover.
I'm not sure why this product received such a low rating. It's pretty fantastic. Because our four-wheeler is old and heavily used, I didn't want to spend the money on a new seat. The foam in our seat is still there, but it isn't covered with fabric. We used duck tape to cover the foam before covering it with this cover. It was incredibly simple to put together, is extremely comfortable, and appears to be well constructed and long lasting. I've only had it for a few days, but I'll try to provide an update once we've had it for a while to let you know how it's holding up. This is, in my opinion, an excellent purchase!.
This has been my go-to for the past six weeks. It looks even better now than when I photographed it the day I wore it. Great fit, simple installation, and a low price were all things I was looking for.
The material is tough and the fit is excellent. After a while, wrinkles will fade away.
This is something you should not buy. It doesn't match the picture and doesn't look right. It was just an oval when I first opened it, and I thought to myself, "Well, this doesn't look right. " " With hope still alive, I fought for ten minutes to get this to fit in my seat. It looked redicolus and like a complete knock-off from the photo once I finally got the millions of straps secured. I had hoped to sell my ATV the next day, but now that I'm stuck with it, I've missed out on a great deal. Thank you very much.
