There is a perfect fit in my 2008 Rocker C. It will fit in the Rocker too. I've never had a better looking, more comfortable seat on a plane, and I just love the way it looks. Rather than the stock 6 or more-inch gap between seat and fender, the new one only leaves about an inch between the two.

Because the seat is not as stiff as it could be, it flexes where it hangs over the fender and rubs against it. My brake fender needed to be covered in 3M protective film after I made a bracket to fix it. The fenders did not come protected with hardware or a guard. Additionally, it does not significantly improve comfort over stock except for changing the seat position a bit. Thank you for letting me know. The price is not worth the value. There are not that many choices for a rocker these days, so I've had to settle for it.
I find this seat to be a far superior alternative to the stock Rocker or C This lowers the car about 2 inches and it It is no longer painful. It does still get tired after a while, however the "Rocker butt" is no longer there. Anyone who owns a Rocker should check it out.
Despite the fact that the seat feels great and looks even better on my rocker, the bolts did not line up with the framing that well.
Rocker has added an interesting part to their parts line-up. This is a very comfortable seat (unlike the original seat), which will help keep you centered while operating the throttle. In spite of this, you'll still have to hold on tight, as the seat will still cause you to slide back slightly when you apply hard throttle pressure.
It claims to be an "exact fit" but in the end it is anything but. On sale is a seat for my 2009 Harley Davidson Rocker FXCW motorcycle. When you pop on the original factory seat, it's secured in place Battery access is the only way to get to it, so the buttons come off easily. Additionally, if you are familiar with Rockers, you know that this bike has no storage unless you install something like a bag. I have a zip-up bag that will work. A lock bag for document storage has been velcroed to the bottom of my original equipment seat. Installing this Danny Gray seat involves bolting it on, and you can only do that by bolting it on. You may wish to remove this seat if you need to access the battery or access documents such as proof of insurance, registration, or to stash cash, but it's not made that way. I would transfer the original seat hardware to this Danny Gray seat, but it is not made that way. My bike won't work with it so I'm returning it. It's well made, but it doesn't work for my bike, so I'm returning it.
Fast shipping and great price make this a very comfortable purchase.
My 2008 Harley Davidson rocker is a lot more comfortable now thanks to this seat it is lower and farther back than the stock seat, and it is MUCH more comfortable than the stock rocker seat.
This seat fits 2009 Rocker FCWC perfectly and is very comfortable, much better than the stock seat in terms of comfort and appearance. The movie is well worth the money.
