Questions & Answers

Is it possible to mount a motorcycle on a Kawasaki Mule 610?

Yes, that's how I've mounted it, and it works perfectly.

Is there any mounting hardware included?

Yes, they attach to the bed and have clips that secure it in place for easy removal.

Is it necessary to drill holes in the box for the quick mount bracket to be installed?

Yes, there are four mounting rail holes on each side. Pull four pins and remove the seat completely, leaving only the mounting rails after they've been bolted in.

Is there a weight restriction?

I believe I've had two adults weighing in at a little more than 300 pounds. We came up with the best add-on. Grandkids adore it, so follow the instructions and use the seatbelts.

This is an excellent seat
5/5

The ability to take four people on trails or on a hunting lease has been added. I'm very happy. In a 2007 Yamaha 660 Rhino, it folds up to within 1 foot of the front of the bed, leaving plenty of room in the bed as shown in the pictures. When the seat is down, there is a 12-inch gap between the bottom of the seat and the bed.

It is compatible with the Hisun HS500 UTV
5/5

I bought it for my kids' jumpseat, but I wasn't sure if it would fit because finding accessories for this quad is difficult. br>br>Fit in bed with 26" configuration, legs just a tad tight. I believe I could have done a better job of accurately marking screw holes, but it does the job. br>br>The only criticism is that the instructions could have been clearer and the hardware labeled. Because all of the screws, bolts, and washers were thrown into one bag, they had to be separated and identified before work could begin.

Be careful who you buy from
3/5

To put this jumpseat together, I received and opened the box. I assembled the frame and secured it to my UTV's bed. When I went to install the back rest pad, I noticed cuts in the material on the back side, which I reported to the seller, who informed me that they do not replace any part of the jumpseat. I'd have to disassemble the seat, package it, and send it back for a new jumpseat. The assembly was not difficult, but it did take about an hour, and you will need a second person to help you put it together. I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and would not recommend purchasing from them at this time!.

For John Deere Gator, this is a well-made product
5/5

This was purchased to add to the seating capacity of my John Deere 825i Gator. This is a great product for the money; installation was simple, but placement was difficult. To avoid running a bolt through the bed lift latch, I had to install the seat 4 inches off center and 2 inches off center. To get the bolts through a beam that runs across the bed, I had to go back 5". The seat and people were well supported by this installation, which provided excellent strength. This is a product that I would recommend to any JD owner.

It's a great seat, but it might need to be Southern Engineered to fit
3/5

It's a great little seat, especially for the price, and it looks like it'll fit my Kawasaki Mule based on the measurements in the description. The armrests did not fit, according to another review I read on here. However, we were able to make it work in the end. I'm not sure how the other guy did it, but we hammered the square tubing like in the pictures. Make sure you measure the different lengths of the bolts because there are a lot of them, and don't worry if you don't, you'll have plenty of extra bolts for different assemblies, which can be confusing.

With a little tweaking, it works in a 2009 Rhino! I needed a bench seat because I had moved up from two car seats for my children
4/5

This will fit in the back of a 2009 Yamaha rhino facing forward without the need for rails; simply ratchet it down with tie downs and it will hold very well!.

Installation, installation, installation, installation, installation, installation, installation, installation, installation, installation, installation no fun! On a Polaris Ranger, I just installed mine
3/5

It would be fine for a child's seat, but not for two grown men. Installation would be a lot easier if the print and diagrams on the instruction sheet were a lot bigger. I spent the better part of a weekend on it. To gain access to the bolts, I had to remove a cover and grind away at the bed's underside. All in all, it appears to be a good deal for the money and for children, and I eagerly await the arrival of our grandchildren!.

Nice product, well-made and, in my opinion, relatively simple to install
5/5

It was easy to install on my Yamaha Viking. If you're a hunter or don't like rattles, line the brackets where the seat can be disconnected from your bed with foam or cardboard. br>br>A few pointers to make it easier: 1). Separate all of your hardware and follow the instructions to the letter. You'll have to disassemble it if you use the wrong length of bolt. 2) Once you've decided where you want it to go, mark the holes in the bed where you'll need to drill them. 3). Drilling for the bracket should not be done too close to the roll bars. Before you drill, put your seat together and pin it to the brackets. Place the entire seat in the bed and eyeball it, then make a note of it. You'll have plenty of space between the seat and the roll bars if you do it this way. I'm not particularly mechanically inclined, but I found this to be relatively simple to set up. It will be easier to drill and tighten your bolts if your bed is tilted.
