This is what I installed today on my 2008 GSX R600. Because of the mixed reviews, I was skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. In order to mount them, you will need additional hardware. This item does not come with nuts (reason for 4/5). To mount the mirror, I used zinc plated lock washers, and zinc plated M6 nuts. I made sure that the studs were tightened very well into the mirror. My initial impression of them is that they are solid. I'll update my review as soon as I get a chance to use the bike. The pros include There is no need to pay $200+ for a set of OEM mirrors, since these are much cheaper. Their stability and ease of use make them ideal for a direct plug-in It is designed like a play. In comparison with other knock-offs, you'll find the lights to be quite bright, and they blink at a normal speed Brands that are off-brands. The cons are In terms of mirror adjustment, it is minimal, but it is good for where I ride. You will need some M6 nuts & screws for this they are not included For mounting these mirrors, you need lock washers. I have just updated my statement on In my experience, even after riding with them for a few hours, they still earn a high rating of Even though they have a lot of vibration, they are still nice to look at and held up to speeds of 120+ without issue. I have never used OEM mirrors before, so I have no comparison, but they are still much cheaper than spending $200+ on OEM mirrors.

I am very satisfied with these mirrors and would recommend them. Eight months ago I bought these mirrors because my GSXR 750 had tiny mirrors on the sides of the handle bars and I was concerned about visibility rather than looking cool. I'm still pretty happy with them, and they look great on my bike. When I installed the hardware, I did not have any locktite on hand, thinking that after I bought some I would add it later. However, so far it hasn't shaken loose AT ALL, although I still plan to add it at some point. When not in use, the smoked cover is inconspicuous and the wiring for the turn signal lights was simply plugged into the existing wiring harness. After 8 months, both turn signal lights are still working, and they are actually quite bright for such inconspicuous exteriors. There are no lights in my pictures, but I am the type of lazy person who will wait until 8 months after a purchase before writing a review, so I couldn't bring myself to go down to my garage and take a picture. If you are looking to buy bike mirrors off Amazon and are concerned about the selection, these mirrors will definitely last for a long time, but thanks to the quality so far, I have not had to purchase them again!.

I purchased a GSXR1000 that did not have We have added these to our factory connection, so just plug them The connection between the wind screen plug and the mirror plug was loose after the plug was inserted through the windscreen. When I finally got them working and they looked great at the same time, I worked a bit to make the adhesive stick tighter, but once they work fine, they look great as well. The hinge at the base appears to fold in, yet they don't actually fold. Close to the eye they seem to be cheap, but in the distance, they are much more impressive. While wearing them, you don't have the best line of sight. I can hardly see my own arms when I'm on my bike (215lbs) and wearing my icon jacket. However, it is much better than nothing or a bunch of sticking out OEM ones.

I. The problem It won't stay tight, the wiring is terrible, and the materials are terrible. I had to cut the wiring off the mirrors because the plugs would not come free, the lock nuts make life miserable when you need to remove mirrors the whole bolt slides out instead of the nut, don't do it on concrete they'll fall and break, I did mine inside.

However, the mirrors I ordered were not the correct ones, and estimated shipping dates were about 5 days out. I modified them a bit and they fit perfectly! They wired up in no time at all. I have never experienced anything like it and it is a huge step up from what I was using previously. I would recommend this to others.

This product received a high star rating from me, The two issues I had with them were related to their security and privacy. This is *br1. As it's a plug n play setup, it's great, but I had to replace a collapsed terminal on one of the mirrors so I had to cut off the factory connector and heat shrink it back in to The fix is simple and does not take much time at all. 1. I. 2. One of the biggest issues I have with them is. The lanes are too short. When you crouch down, you are only able to see the one next to you. If you ride your bicycle a lot, you know that you are never in that position unless you are In order to see if there are any cars in the lanes beside me, I have to crouch forward. Generally, I would like to return the items, but due to issue #1, I do not have a return policy for the items I modified. Thus, I am going to use the current ones for now, but will be focused on replacing them in the future. Having purchased two sets of aftermarket mirrors, this is my second purchase. As of now, only actual OEM mirrors have been able to provide better.
