They were made well, they were well welded, and they were easy to install. I forgot to grease the sleeve before installing, but afterward it was easy to grease it. I can lube my chain and change back tires without a moto stand. Doesn't interfere with the OEM sidestand unless you have a slightly enlarged This pad has a touchpad.

A real spring will be needed, but there is no need to drill a hole

A piece of the highest quality. The springs should be easy to install but a real spring puller is needed to mount them. Since I didn't have the right kind (heavy duty), I was forced to carefully pry them on with a very large screwdriver. My carefulness nearly scratched the paint, but I managed to avoid it.

You can however raise the stand further by removing the muffler for a few minutes (a simple 5 minute job)

I was very glad with the shipping time. It is an original Honda part, so of course it fits and functions I had a bit of trouble getting the spring to attach, but if you temporarily remove the muffler (an easy 5 minute job), the stand can be raised farther and it is easier to attach.

Shaft in the center of the stand is the wrong size

My 2013 Honda CB500X is said to be compatible with the product on Amazon. There was an oversize shaft at the center of the stand. As soon as I was approved for a return, I was told that I would only receive 40% of the refund. The frustration is real.

You can only use this product if you have kept your stock

As the name implies, this product only works if you have a stock exhaust. If you have a slip on/full exhaust upgrade, you will have to get a piece welded on to your new exhaust system. It shouldn't cost more than.
