How does this relate to the Polaris RZR 1000 turbo 2017?

During the summer we installed it on both a 17 and 18 turbo.

Can this be fitted to a 2017 1000 XP4?

There is information on the item that suggests it will fit a two-seater only.

Do you think this will work with the 2018 RZR XP ?

I believe it fits a 2016/2017. You may want to ask Polaris whether there have been any changes to the factory undercarriage, length, or width of the 2018 model.

A skid plate of this quality is not to be overlooked. The 1/2" plate is extremely heavy, and would be very difficult My skid plate system is heavy and massive, so in hindsight, I probably should have gone with 3/8's instead of 1/2", since a whole bunch of holes have to be drilled. There are probably 40 or more of them. My count is so high that I can't keep up. In advance of drilling holes for the self-tapping screws or bolts, I used a spring steel punch and 1/8" drill bit. If not, the bolts alone are not sufficient to cut through. Generally speaking, if you want piece of mind on those tough trails or if you blast at high speeds, this skid plate is a good one if you don't mind drilling into the tube frame of your Rzr.
