The best I can say is that it fits, but did not come with any hardware, and the rubber foot rests were split apart and already ripped right out of the packaging. I had to use black zipties around the edges of the piping as they were too small to close tightly around the bar and I couldn't close them tightly around.

For some older models of bikes the nuts are not included in the box, but they are very easy to install. It would be easy to pick up those from a local hardware store. Although the quality is superb, I am happy with it. My life was changed permanently one week after I installed this system when a pickup slid 12 feet into me. Thousands of dollars were saved in repairs as a result. As I was only traveling at a slow speed (20), I am unsure how it would have performed at 65 or even.
