I love mine it looks great and is well made I had a mustache one but at 5'6", it was hard to reach the foot pegs after mounting it, and I think this one looks better and you can't beat the price.
While I am unsure, I can tell you that it fitted perfectly on my 1200 XL Sportster! This is just what I was looking for. It's nice and heavy!
The metal on this would be weakened by welding, so it would not do its job of protecting the motor as well as it could

Could have given it five stars but it had a little rust around the welds. It fit my motorcycle nicely, but it's a little tricky starting everything up when the bolts are loose.
I like the look of the crash bars, they seem to be I was able to install without too much problem. There is no problem with the price. The only complaint I have is that the package took a bit longer than expected to arrive. But overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.
In spite of the item's description, it showed up as I don't mind the change, but I wasn't prepared for it. My bike looks just fine in black, so I'm not really upset. In three of the four bolt holes, the holes lined up perfectly, but in one on the bottom, they did not line up. It's very sturdy and I was able to make it work.
The delivery was on time and the installation was not difficult. Using a #45 Torx bit is required to remove and reinstall the upper bolts, because I hope I will never have to find out if it works or not. It appears to protect the side of the machine.
I only have one complaint with this product the bolts that came with it did not fit my scooter in any way.
I could squeeze two of the bolts to a tight fit, but there was still an 1/8th inch gap with the frame that it was bolted to. I plan on pitching this after a few months on my new bike so that I have a better idea of how well it works.
This bike bolted on perfect. There was just a tiny, tiny bit of rust around one of the bolt holes and one weld, but I didn't mind at all, it isn't noticeable at all.
