This piece is far superior to the electric brake - Everything is in place.
According to what I've seen, the calipers are the same regardless of wheel size, and the covers fit right over the calipers, so I believe they'll work.
I'm not sure, but there are two small clips that attach to/inside the caliper, and the caliper cover screws into the two clips. There is some overlap between the two clips, so it isn't a perfect science. br>I've installed these on both my Ford F150 and my 2nd vehicle. fusion fusion fusion fusion turbofusion turbofusion turbofusion turbofusion turbofusion turbofusion turbo They appear to be fantastic. Have you checked with MGP to see if they are appropriate for the explorer sport? If you buy the same part number for the sport as you would for the F150, you should be fine. They wouldn't fit, in my opinion. The calipers on the Ford F-150 are enormous.
Yes - The e-brake is on both my F150 and Fusion. brake

I Plastidiped my calipers on my F-150 F-150 F-150 F-150 F-150 F-150 F-150 F-150 F-150 F-150 F Truck with a capacity of 150. Plastidip deteriorated, faded, and chipped away over time. Touching up the paint became a pain in the neck. I saw a truck with MGP covers on it that looked similar to mine. At first, I assumed the truck was equipped with Brembo and/or upgraded brakes. On Amazon, I came across MGP covers for sale and bought one. The cost ($185. ) 00) was a little high in my opinion, but given that I spent 150, I think it was reasonable. It was an excellent deal to pay 00 to have them professionally painted. I was ecstatic with the final product's appearance. I promise you won't be disappointed if you buy with confidence.
Firstly. If you get these, make sure to get 1/4-inch spacers for the fronts. There is no clarity on them at all. I was able to drive on them for two days, but thankfully only some of the coating on the covers rubbed off. Second, the clips have an unusual design. "I am an artist first and an engineer second," the person behind their design, I believe, saw the truck's brakes and said in their best French, Canadian accent. Practicality is a bore! "br>br>I was able to get the covers to seat after a little bending. The lack of clarity on the front set became apparent at that point. To correct this, I used rough country 1/4 inch spacers, which were very easy to install. br>br>Overall, I'm pleased with the final result. Is it really $200 for this? There is no way. Is the 37-dollar price tag justified? When they were on sale, I paid $50 for them. It's almost there. It's entirely up to you how much trouble they caused during installation. br>br>Another thing to consider. If you're installing these on a Ford F150 with the sport package, you'll discover that the lug wrench that came with the truck is too small; you'll need a 22-size wrench. I believe you will be given a 19. Ford made an odd blunder there. But, hey, it's better to find out now rather than later on the side of the road.
I've been dealing with these individuals and their covers for the past two months. They sent me a newer model set with better mounts, but it still didn't fit. In order to get the clips to work, I had to grind and bend them. I tried to explain the problem to the owner and send photos, but they basically ignored me, so I had to figure it out on my own. I can't tell you how many times I've taken tires off and put them back on in the last few months. I have the fix, and if you want to pay me for it, MGP, I believe you should refund my money for the time I spent on it.
I'm not sure why other people had to bend tabs or use wheel spacers because mine fit perfectly. Perhaps it's the type of wheel you have; I have 20" sport wheels and plenty of space. br>I was able to install all four in less than an hour. There is no need for tinkering or adjustments. They are extremely comfortable to wear.
Wheels have been flared!.
I like how they look on my 18 F150, but I don't like how the fronts had to be altered to fit.
Easy to put together and looks fantastic.
These had been on another vehicle for a while - I didn't realize they were so pricey, but I bought them anyway because they're beautiful!.
